Terms of Use


Villa mi Cuna:

Minimum stay is 3 nights.

Prices are based on 6 people staying in 3 bedrooms.

Additional room for two persons is $40,-/ €36,-

Children under 10 years are free of charge.

Baby beds: $20,-/ €15 per crib per stay.


Utilities is charged against the Deposit. 

Average use of utilities : $40 p night  (6-10 persons) 


Villa Pasha: 

Minimum stay is 5 nights

Prices are based on 9 people staying in 4 bedrooms.


Payment:

Pre-payments  50% of booking sum at reservation. Total of payment before 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation fee: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

When the arrival is at least one month away: 50% refund for cancellations.

No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.


Security deposit US750/€650 & Utilities as security deposit  upon arrival.

For eventual damage at the property and/or post quota utility charge will be charged from your deposit.
